Kazumi Takigawa is a Tokyo based artist who reproduces archetypal paper bag shapes using waxed canvas. Each bag is hand dyed with coffee / tea / iron / aluminum to reproduce the color of craft paper, sewn individually, and then waxed. Building Block collaborated with Kazumi Takigawa to produce four unique waxed canvas + leather bags for everyday use.
