Shipping

All sales are final. Orders will be processed within 3–5 business days upon payment approval.

All domestic orders are shipped via UPS or FedEx. All international orders are shipped via UPS or DHL Worldwide Express.

If customers are shipping to a destination outside the US, on top of Building Block’s shipping cost, tax, customs and import duties will be levied by the customer’s local government. All additional taxes and fees are the responsibility of the customer. This can range from 20% to 40% of the order value.

Items will ship from Los Angeles, California (United States), with an official invoice declaring the exact total of merchandise purchased in US dollars. All orders will be shipped with insurance.

Orders will be shipped according to customer’s specified address, we are not responsible for items delivered to incorrect shipping addresses or any lost or stolen merchandise incurred upon shipping.

All stated shipping times are an estimate and not a guarantee. Shipping speeds for international orders are not guaranteed, but most orders arrive within the stated window. Please contact the shipping service directly for a more precise estimate once orders have been dispatched.
